Join ULI Indiana on April 30 for a case-study type program looking at how and why the retail, residential, industrial, and medical developers joined forces to bring a major suburban mixed-use project to Exit 10 on Interstate-69.
Panelists representing various industry sectors found at Exit 10 include: Rick Arnos, Republic Development, original investor in the area with Saxony industrial and residential community; Donald Dunbar, BremnerDuke Healthcare, speaking about medical facilities; Paul Rioux, Platinum Properties, regarding the single-family housing / residential market; Tom Schneider, Simon Property Group, covering the retail aspect; Steve Schwegman, Jones Lang LaSalle, involved in industrial & commercial brokerage. Moderating the panel is Noblesville city attorney Mike Howard.
Information about the panelist's vested interests and projects in the area will be presented, followed by a question and answer session.
