The recently approved Saxony development has announced its first commercial project. The Wesleyan Church will relocate its world headquarters from the Castleton area to a four-acre tract in Saxony’s mixed-use planned community development.

The Wesleyan Church project will consist of 70,000 square feet of class “A” office space on the purchased four-acre tract. The building will house 15 denominational departments, and will include a multi-purpose meeting space that will seat 400 people.

Saxony is a 700-acre project in Hamilton County and spans I-69 in both Noblesville and Fishers. The development is bordered by Olio Road to the east, Brooks School Road to the west, 146th Street to the north and close to 126th Street on the south.
