Weaver Popcorn Co. has leased 22,372 square feet in the Saxony 100 building in the Saxony Corporate Campus to serve as both its corporate headquarters and research-and-development facility.
Rock Tops, a Michigan- based seller of marble and granite countertops, also has leased 11,200 square feet at Saxony 100 for a showroom and office.
Summit Realty represented building owner Verus Partners in both lease transactions.
