Community Health Network is building the medical arts center at 13121 Olio Road, scheduled to open in time for an Aug. 30 ribbon cutting, followed by a community open house and other events on Sept. 17.

"This building was planned to allow the people in this community, around Saxony and Noblesville and Fishers, to receive 80 to 90 percent of their medical care close to home," said Jon Fohrer, a vice president with Community Health Network.

Besides primary and family care physicians, medical specialties will include allergy, neurology, women's health, general surgery, vascular and cardiology care and other fields.

The new Community Health Network facility is in a corridor along Olio at the center of explosive development of homes and businesses.

At the center of the growth spurt is Saxony, a 700-acre planned development of homes, retailing, office buildings and manufacturing in Noblesville and Fishers.
