Noblesville’s Mayor John Ditslear hopes the city's new project, called the Corporate Campus, will fuel a wave of rapid residential development in the fields east of Noblesville. About 2,600 housing units are planned.
At 3,600 acres, the Corporate Campus development would be on a scale unlike any in the area -- more than twice the size of the Anson development, a sprawling mix of homes and businesses expected to transform the area off I-65 north of Zionsville.
Wedged between Ind. 37 and I-69 with Verizon Wireless Music Center and Noblesville Airport nearby, the Corporate Campus is prime for life sciences development.
