Jessie Brown is new to the Noblesville Concert Series. She is taking the country music industry by storm. "She loves the idea that new people are discovering her music and hearing her songs for the first time". Ms. Brown is also one of the Indianapolis Colts favorite singers. Please join us for an unbelievable night of wonderful County music. The Summer Concerts sponsored by the Noblesville Parks and Recreation Department are free.
