INDIANAPOLIS, May 24, 2010 – Performance Marketing Group, Inc. (PMG) has taken the essential next steps toward the construction of its corporate headquarters in Noblesville, Ind. PMG has announced that Buckingham Construction Corporation of Indianapolis has been selected as the general contractor that will build and oversee construction of its new offices at the Saxony Corporate Campus at I-69 and Exit 10.

“Buckingham provided us with the most creative, cost-effective plan for developing our new headquarters,” said John Dangler, president and founder of Performance Marketing Group. “This is an exciting time for our company, and the design and architecture of the facility will fit nicely into the Saxony Corporate Campus. Our new facility will also allow us to expand our operations and aggressively pursue future growth opportunities.”

“We are honored to have earned the privilege to build this exciting project for PMG,” stated Charlie Hill, Director of Business Development for Buckingham. “Our design team of Curran Architecture and Roger Ward Engineering has worked with us and PMG for months to develop a building design that will provide PMG with an opportunity to economically consolidate its local facilities into an attractive, efficient and professional corporate headquarters.”

Founded in 1986, PMG is an award-winning, full-service, experiential marketing and promotions company with expertise in mobile interactive product displays, corporate public relations, event management, in-market retail promotions, corporate entertainment/hospitality, and national and regional marketing programs. PMG also provides its clients with comprehensive trailer fabrication and refurbishing capabilities and a complete line of printing and graphics services.

Earlier this month, PMG collected a pair of Silver Awards at the 2010 EXAwards, the only recognition program for experiential marketing, and PMG provides logistics management support for the Virtual Army Experience (VAE), the world's largest mobile-marketing display of its kind and a winner of the 2009 Judge's Choice Awards at Event magazine's Sixth Annual Corporate Event Awards. The 2009 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records recognized the PMG-managed VAE as the “world’s largest traveling game simulator.”

PMG will be on site at this year’s Indianapolis 500 for activation of the Team Chevy NASCAR and Corvette Racing tours. Both interactive displays will provide visitors with a unique opportunity to experience Chevrolet’s motorsports heritage, and the Corvette Racing Tour will give fans the chance to walk through a virtual mobile museum focusing on the iconic brand’s auto-racing history.

PMG’s corporate office is currently based in Indianapolis, and it has three additional facilities in the Indianapolis metro area that house its logistics, maintenance, fabrication and graphics divisions. PMG has a supplemental satellite branch in Atlanta and a West Coast warehouse center in Los Angeles.

The new headquarters in Noblesville will encompass approximately 70,000 square feet and consolidate all of its Central Indiana facilities into a single location.

“Even in these difficult times we determined that bringing everything under one roof would create a considerable cost savings for our company,” explained Bill Bissmeyer, PMG vice president of new business development. “That is something we can pass along to our clients, and it will make us more flexible and efficient in an increasingly competitive business environment.”

“We’re looking forward to Performance Marketing joining the existing businesses in Noblesville’s Corporate Campus area,” adds Mayor John Ditslear.  “To see new construction occurring in this economy is a sign of the many benefits that Noblesville and its Corporate Campus area offer businesses.  Performance Marketing is a leader in their field and we welcome them to the community and Saxony.”

"This is an exciting time at Saxony Corporate Campus," says Sean McKinnies, Senior Vice President of Saxony Management Company.  "The energy and enthusiasm continues as new construction begins."

Performance Marketing Group purchased 3.8 acres from Republic Development in spring of 2009. Saxony, is a 750-acre development that spans both sides of I-69 and Exit 10 in Hamilton County, Indiana. At build-out, this $1.5 billion community will include a mix of corporate office, retail, entertainment, civic, multi-family and single family uses, all set within a framework that is home to leading edge companies.

PMG will add its name to the roster of dynamic, cutting-edge companies at the Saxony Corporate Campus that currently includes Helmer, Inc., Clarian Health Partners, Perkins Specialized Transportation, Intrametco, Community Health Network, STAR Financial Bank, Versus Partners, and a long list of leading retailers located at Simon Property Group’s Hamilton Town Center.
