Hart to build 269 apartments in Fishers

Carmel developer J.C. Hart Co. bought 13 acres last week in the Saxony mixed-use development in Fishers where it plans a 269-unit apartment complex.

Construction should start this summer on The District at Saxony, bordering a planned 20-acre lake at 131st Street, south of I-69.

The upscale apartments, with planned rent of $675 to $1,425 a month, will take about two years to build, said Todd May, Hart's development director.
