Verus Partners is pleased to announce that Building 100 at Saxony Corporate Campus in Noblesville is fully leased and construction is currently underway for Building 200.
Located at 14470 Bergen Boulevard in Saxony Corporate Campus, the Verus development totals 180,000 square feet of office and warehouse use. Building 100 is a 90,400 square foot office warehouse facility developed by Verus Partners in 2007. The property features offices-to-suit, docks and drive-in doors. New leases at Building 100 include: Weaver Popcorn Company, Inc., Rock Tops, Inc., and Ambassador Medical.
Weaver Popcorn Company, Inc. is one of the largest producers and manufacturers of popcorn products in the world. Rock Tops, Inc. is a fabricator of marble and granite countertops and tile. Ambassador Medical, a division of GE Clinical Systems, is an industry leader in refurbished ultrasound equipment.
Currently under construction, Building 200 is a neighboring 89,600 square foot office and warehouse property. The facility will feature 20' clear ceiling heights, offices-to-suit, docks and drive-in doors. A multi-tenant property, Building 200 will be available for occupancy in October 2008.
