Community Health Network is planning a $7 million medical arts building along Olio Road near 131st Street on the south side of the interstate in Fishers.
Construction of the Community medical building is expected to take about a year.
In addition to medical offices and open-area waiting rooms, the building is to have a community room, which would be available to the public, clubs, civic groups and others for gathering.
